Community Event
We have opened up the Calendar to the community and welcome locals to create and submit events themselves.
For community benefit like food fairs, RNLI fundraising or coffee mornings enjoy halls for free.

Private Bookings
We have two beautiful halls, one a historic chapel and the other a modern hall that spills out to a terrace with breathtaking views of the riverscape of Malpas.
These provide the perfect setting for parties or weekend weddings etc. and benefit from both music and drinks licenses and economical booking costs
Hosted Events
We can provide professionally ticketed events for those seeking to run talks, films or shows etc, all publicised locally.
This includes both online ticket sales published and purchased from our Community Calendar.
We have extensive facilities (e.g. AV, projectors, stages) to host successful events and activities
Village Hall On-line Shop
We also have an on-line Shop for those wishing to purchase additional items for Private Hire (e.g. projector hire, bar facilities) or for the Community to purchase drinks on-line at the Friday Night Dolphin Bar

Two interconnected halls with extensive facilities
Malpas Village Hall for All
The Malpas Village Hall comprises two halls, interconnected, to be hired either separately or together
Our Village Hall and toilet facilities are entirely wheelchair friendly with external lift and level access across the Halls
Parking is recommended along the Malpas road prior to entering the Village, just a hundred yards from the Malpas Village Hall
Chapel Hall
The Chapel Hall (called the St. Andrews Hall) is in the former Church of St. Andrews, an elegant and traditional building.
The hall measures 53 square metres with a seating capacity of 60, with or without tables, increasing to 90 standing. This hall is ideal also for films and talks with sophisticated Projector and AV system
Modern Hall
The Modern Hall (called the Barton Hall) has glass doors allowing you to spill out to a terrace with beautiful river views.
The hall measures 45 square metres with a seating capacity of 45, with or without tables, increasing to 90 standing. It is ideal for classes and also includes kitchen facilities allowing for refreshments
