Event Description: We are planning a 90th Birthday for my Mum, Joyce. It is not a surprise! She would like a cheese & wine-type event which we will cater for with the added teas/coffees. As I don’t know the space, I don’t know if it’s better laid out with occasional chairs or tables & chairs but we wanted a relaxed event. We have all ages, with c 20 family and will be inviting neighbours/carers and friends to attend. We would go in and quickly set up at 2 for a 2.30 start and would have a finish time by 5.30. Please would you advise if there is any parking provision.
Attendance: 5 children between 5-18 rest would be adults. Total estimated between 25 and 50.
